Thank you for visiting and shopping with Creations By Dee. All orders are processed within 5-7 BUSINESS days (unless stated otherwise) beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled by the 7th BUSINESS day. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Be sure to review our store policy for detailed information. Please be advised as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Priority mail flat rate to include signature confirmation is the only shipping method available and the shipping rate is $12.50. At this time we only ship within the U.S territories

If your order was shipped and returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the reship fee which will be invoiced before your order is shipped out again. The current reship fee is $ 7.95. Creations By Dee is not held responsible for packages that are returned. Please note that ALL packages include signature confirmation, please make sure you are available to sign for packages. We keep a record of package deliveries and electronic signatures.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information and fulfilled status. Please be sure to check your spam or promotion folder if you don't see any emails from Creations By Dee.

Creations By Dee is not RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages during shipping. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped/out for delivery and you do not receive it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
